NOTE TO ALL DEALERS:
We do not wholesale vehicles, this will be a retail sale. You will be required to pay a documentation fee and title fee.

Please bid accordingly. Please have all inspections done prior to placing a bid, if you win the auction you have agreed to purchase. All non paying bidders will be reported to eBay accordingly. Winning bidder must contact us by phone within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $200.00 credit card or cash deposit will be required if not picking up vehicle within 3 business days, the remainder is due within 7 days of auction end.

. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 2009 or with more than 120K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Our dealership is located in northeast Ohio. We do salt our roads heavily in the winter as we are considered the secondary snow belt. Ohio does not have state inspections, we do not guarantee this vehicle will pass ANY inspection, please bid accordingly.
Buyer is responsible for pickup of this vehicle within 7 days of auction end. You may pick up your vehicle on any day
except Wednesdays and Sundays
. You will need to schedule an appointment to pick up your car. A $50.00 per day storage fee will be added for every day after 7 days. All vehicles come with one key unless expressed otherwise in the description. Please understand this is a pre-owned vehicle. It may have chips, dings, scratches and some other imperfections not listed. Our Ohio dealer license allows us to do all paper work at our location only. The vehicle title will be mailed to you. You must be a United States citizen and provide a social security number to purchase.
We do not accept trade ins on eBay vehicles. We do not handle any shipping of vehicles. The buyer is responsible for obtaining quote, hiring and payment to any shipping company they choose. Serra Auto Park is not liable for any damages incurred by any such shipping company.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please note a number of our listings end before the auction is over.

NOTE:
The documentation fee is not negotiable and will be added on every car sold whether you are an individual or a dealer. You will receive the title in the mail 21-30 days after transaction is complete. The title will be transfered into your name or business name prior to being mailed, no exceptions. The high bidder is required to provide the following information within 24 hours of auction end: full name, address, county, home phone number, e-mail address, proof of insurance, date of birth, social security number and driver's license number. The State of Ohio will not title a vehicle without a SSN. This information can be sent via e-mail or text.

There is a documentary fee that is 10% of the purchase price with a maximum fee of $250.00, $15.00 for a title and $20.00 for a 45 day temp tag. Ohio residents must pay sales tax.
